How to Find your Jeep Radio Code

Jeep serials are on the back of the radio, so the unit has to come out of the dash.

Pop the plastic trim off with a prying tool, then remove the 4 screws that hold the unit.

The serial is on the label on the casing: it starts with T and runs 14 characters. We answer T0MYD…, T00BE… and the older TQ/TC… and TH… labels; a T00AM… or A2C… label is one we cannot work out yet, and the page says so before you leave any details.

How to Enter your Jeep Radio Code

  1. Turn the radio on — “CODE” should appear on the display.
  2. Preset buttons 1–4 set the digits; each press moves a digit up by one, cycling past 9 back to 0.
