The short version: full refund on first request. If you paid to skip the wait and are not satisfied — for any reason — email us and we refund the payment in full. No forms, no arguing.
Automatic refunds. If the code we delivered turns out not to be the one your unit wants, we refund the payment without you needing to ask. You are never charged for a code we could not work out: in that case we say so before any payment is taken.
Code doesn’t work? First, stop entering codes — radios lock after repeated wrong attempts. Email us a photo of the radio label and the code you received; we will re-check it. If the code we supplied was wrong, you choose: a corrected code or a full refund.
Free codes. A code you waited 24 hours for carries no payment, so there is nothing to refund — but the same support applies: if it does not take, write to us and we will help.
Tips. A tip you left after a code worked is optional, and you can have it back: email us and we return it in full, the same way as any other payment.
How to request. Email [email protected] from the address used in the order. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days.
Your statutory rights. This policy is deliberately more generous than the law requires. Paying to skip the wait asks us to deliver at once, which ends the 14-day right of withdrawal EU and UK consumers have for digital content — see our Terms — but it takes nothing away from you in practice: you still get a full refund on first request, and nothing here affects rights you have that cannot be signed away.
