Chrysler radio anti-theft code from the unit’s own serial — Becker, Uconnect, Alpine and Panasonic radios in the 200, 300 and Town & Country.
We answer Chrysler radios from the serial on the casing label. Most are 14 characters starting with T: T0MYD…, T00BE… and the older TQ/TC… and TH…. Panasonic-built Uconnect units carry a 12-character TM9… instead.
Uconnect 3.0 and 5.0 with an A2C… Continental label are covered too — choose your unit in the list under the form. A T00AM… label is the one we cannot decode yet, and the page tells you so before you leave any details.
The label is on the unit itself (often on top), which means taking the radio out: lever off the plastic trim around it with a prying tool, then undo the four screws behind.
Asking for the code “by VIN”? A dealer can sometimes find it in the factory record of the radio your car was built with. We go by the serial printed on the unit, so a radio swapped in from another car still gets its own, correct code.
