1. The service. UnlockMyRadio.com calculates original car radio security codes from the serial number you provide. Every code we can answer is provided free of charge; a free code is delivered by email 24 hours after the order is placed. Optionally you may pay to receive the same code immediately instead of waiting; that price is always shown before you pay. Where we cannot work out a unit's format, we tell you so and charge nothing.
2. Your input. The code we return is only as good as the serial you send. Please copy the serial exactly as printed on the unit or shown on its display. If a code does not work, contact us before retrying — many radios lock permanently after around 10 wrong attempts, and we cannot reverse that.
3. Lawful use. The service is intended for owners and keepers of the vehicle or radio in question. By submitting a serial you confirm you are entitled to unlock that unit.
4. Payment and refunds. Payment is for immediate delivery only, is billed once, and there are no subscriptions. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — in short: full refund on first request.
5. No affiliation. UnlockMyRadio.com is an independent service. Vehicle manufacturer names and marks are used solely to identify compatible radios; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer.
6. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for damage caused by entering codes incorrectly or by hardware faults in the radio itself.
